Tenemos Halloween
Hello everyone....Greetings from La Manzanilla
Wow! Halloween in Mexico has become quite the event. Who knew. We had about 500 pieces of candy and throught we were pretty well prepared....
It started off quietly enough...
At around 7pm when not one trick or treater had appeared at out door, I thought maybe we won't have any one and we'll have to figure out what to do with all the candy....Turns out that didn't need to be a concern.
I think that word got out that we had really good candy and we were starting to get groups of 30 or 40.....Marta was great. She kept everybody under control.

Lots of folks got into the spirit. Our friend Dos Metros put in a early appearance this year.
By the end of the evening, the candy bin was empty...
The restaurant is doing pretty well as lots of folks are rolling into town. We're having fun with our new Char-broiler
